NOB Hill — 9th Floor
Boho Japandi, Quietly Modern
A 4BHK residence on the ninth floor of NOB Hill Tower, Gandhinagar — the second home Callisto has designed in this building. The brief was premium but unshowy: a boho-Japandi palette, modern in structure and calm in feeling. Every bedroom is built on the same restrained language — bone whites, warm timber, textured plaster and stone — then given its own character through form and material rather than colour.
The master suite is the clearest expression of the brief: a curved bouclé bed floating against a woven-texture wall, organic pebble pendants, a ribbed timber accent panel, a wavy full-length mirror, and rattan poufs — soft geometry throughout, with the recessed ceiling cove tracing the same curve. The second master turns warmer and more graphic: full-height oak wardrobes, a fluted headboard panel, a slim brass linear light, a leather lounge chair and a kilim-patterned cushion over a tasselled rug.
The guest bedroom is anchored by a terrazzo feature wall behind a light-oak headboard with an integrated floating nightstand. The parents' room is the quietest of the four — upholstered headboard panels with rounded corners and fine brass trim, an arched mirror, and a compact vanity in soft neutrals.
Currently in design development — the visualisations shown here are concept renders from our in-house studio, ahead of site execution.
